Web Guard Has Moved

It was my pleasure to create and run Web Guard these past three years.
Sadly, I no longer have the time to dedicate for proper upkeep of the
site and have handed it over to a competent and responsible party.

Thank you, everyone who has joined and supported our cause these last
few years. We have made a difference!
